Kitchen champ sign off

Can anybody help me with the kitchen champ sign off? It’s question 10 where it ask you to select all that apply: what should you do when restocking gril drawers the options in given are wearing meat mits, brining patties from box to grill, replacing patties as you go, and fifo grill products.

i think they want you to answer fifo grill products

I would do the FIFO option and to replace as you go, if those don’t work then idk >.<

Thanks we don’t have a kitchen champ where I’m at so I don’t even know how to answer it unfortunately
