Not really, the first time you boot the game is usually when it takes the longer time

Every time? Why it doesn't have some kind of catche (for example) so when I want to play game the next day it compiles faster?

Don't mind me rumbling. I hope they will make PC ports for all SH games.

Asuming that you're playing the ps3 version on rpcs3 then yes the very first time you load it will take quite a bit of time with any game, this is mainly an issue with the ps3 being a nightmare to emulate but good thing is that it does create a cache so every subsequent time you start the game will be MUCH faster

To me it doesn't go faster. I opened it three times and every time I waited and waited. Maybe it was little bit faster but I didn't noticed.

That's weird, what exactly are your specs and weird question but did you ever actually get into the game or did you wait at the compiling cache screen close it and then launched it again, cause even on my old pc that was barely above minimum spaces for rpcs3 i don't remember downpour having that long of an initial load tjme

Nvidia gtx 560 ti, core i3, 6 GB RAM

I played it to the point where I escape from first otherworld.

Oh yeah that is really low spec ngl, especially the ram, for rpcs3 cpu power is much more import than the gpu that's probably why its taking so long to launch

My motherboard can go to 8 GB so there is room for improvement.
