… and it only took nineteen years!

Sorry, I know it’s not Monday… but this was a looooong hunt and now that it’s over… I don’t know what to do with myself.

Guess I’ll rip this and throw it into the lossless archive tomorrow. :-)

Thanks! I totally forgot to include details about how it played out. Basically, a couple years back I messaged pretty much everyone on Discogs who had a copy in their collection if they were interested in selling. Some wrote back that they weren’t; most ignored me. Last year I wrote them all again and this March one of them wrote me back that he wasn’t interested in selling yet but he’d send me pictures and maybe he’d sell it some day. Then he emailed me the pics ON MY BIRTHDAY… but still didn’t sell. Haha.

Then while working through some of the Google Drive stuff and looking into some DVD purchases on Discogs I realized my account had been set to inactive for some reason at some point this year… and while it was inactive and I was no longer receiving daily wishlist updates TWO COPIES SOLD. GAH. I can’t tell you how frustrating that was!

Finally, once I stopped being pissed off I wrote to the guy and told him about what happened on Discogs and then reminded him I still wanted it. We came to terms, I paid him, and I had it in the mail two weeks later!

Persistence is key when you’re looking for something this rare for this long!

Lossless rip up on the drive, although it’s just the album track and the live version from Across the Great Divide (which is in the DVD folder.)

Edit: awe your trolling got your posts deleted in the Nirvana sub (who would have thought talking shit about a band in the subreddit for the band would be taken issue with) so you came here to cry about it. Lulz.

I’m sure Madonna has a song you can play to ease your suffering.
