one of my fam members has been scammed, and we suspect one the scammers is also a loanshark, this guy is still harassing my fam member. what should we do? several police reports have been made.

Had subscribed for an Iphone 17 pro, paid monthly subscriptions amounting to $1045, then when decided to purchase the device, was quoted with $1500+. Almost the same as retail, they even state on their website “Bonus: if you decide to own it, every payment you’ve made goes toward the final price”. That is a lie, as the customer service representative just repeats about some dynamic calculation, just warning others about this Cinch subscription and to stay away from them.
