All I want is to go back to the slower tick for minions. It made it so that you got 90+% CS with just a blasting wand.

How do you not get 90%+ even without a blasting wand?

I'm talking about a long time ago, before the execute and before the rework. The poison used to damage 1x / second instead of 4x / second so the poison damage used to sliver the minions less.
