LLM News Quasar 438B from Multiverse Computing is currently the best European LLM per AA.

Though it is proprietary and not very transparent about LLMs details.

I was surprised just to know that they have any AI. I hear nothing about them. Who are the people using EU AI?

I think the main clients are government departments and heavily regulated industries. There are security risks in using foreign AI

Probably 6-9 months behind the frontier. So much has happened this year though that the performance gap looks huge

UK sold its frontier company to american labs. It has two companies in future which can be big like recurisve intellligence and infalliable
