How are the computer and drone interactions possible?
Just watched Lucy (2014), and the ending where she says "I AM EVERYWHERE" really reminded me of the phenomenon particularly because of the case where Eric asked for the it to show him anything as data and it responded with "I LIVING" embedded in the security camera footage.
How are interactions like this physically possible? Could a hacker even do that with the slant and everything? Bonus: if consciousness is a higher dimensional construct and the agent has the intention to communicate such a message, can the conscious agent subconsciously figure out how to manipulate a computer in such a way through unhindered access to information in space-time in order to manifest the outcome?

I mean.. as cool as it is, Occam's Razor says it was likely just a camera glitch that happened to line up in a way that led to a creepy coincidence. The camera was literally labelled "Interior - Living Room", if it said "rior om" nobody would bat an eye.

I just want to remind people that Occam’s razor is not some immutable law of the universe. People invoke it like it is. But it’s just a maxim. If Occam’s razor was a law of the universe we wouldn’t have plate tectonics, DNA etc. It’s a pet peeve of mine when I see people invoke it and the other one (that’s a sound bite) extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. No it just requires evidence. There is no accepted standard definition by any governing body of any domain of science that has quantified or qualified what “extraordinary evidence” is.

What do you think is more likely, that an alien AI entity decided to take control of a random camera in the house that happened to have the letters it needed to give the researchers a message, or that a security camera had a malfunction? Yes something weird is going on at the ranch, I'm not denying that. But this ain't it.

There would be no show if there wasn’t 20 years of continuous research into not only Skinwalker Ranch but the entirety of the Uintah basin. I’m not saying which is more likely. I’m not even telling you what to believe. What i am saying is that it’s absolutely useless to keep repeating these two idioms because when we talk about the paranormal they literally are useless. Let’s just have better conversation.

Totally agree, Occam's Razor was originally used to explain that God must have made it happen. It was intended that the explanation with the fewest actors was the most likely.
Trying to explain it as anything but the phenomenon ignores all the other decades of evidence and over complicates things, ie: It's hackers,, oh and it's coincidence, and Russian satellites etc. all at the same time.1

Eric saw this phenomenon occur directly after he asked for a sign. The simplest high level explanation could've been the phenomenon manipulated the characters on screen already. I actually need to go back and see if the camera label was altered or missing.
Edit: I see the top section of the camera feed is glitched out including the characters which are made completely illegible, unless someone can figure it out from this image: https://www.reddit.com/r/skinwalkerranch/s/Pgn9PNDH6D. But where can we actually go with this line of questioning? Assuming the entity did rearrange the pixels on the screen, how would even a software program do this?

The orbs have been known to induce fear, images, and sounds directly into the human brain. Why would a computer monitor be much different? Chances are that our tech is a rudimentary version of their tech.

Hard to answer. First thing that comes to mind is experiments involving QRNGs but AI summaries say the evidence like from Dean Radin isn't very strong and refutable. But even if we assume quantum processes are alterable by human intention then I still can't imagine how such things would occur. But heck they said they stopped a goats heart in the remote viewing program. That's on a similar level of "how the F is that even remotely possible"?
Altering a computer screen seems more advanced somehow and idk where to start. We know computers are functional thanks to quantum processes but imagine having to work from the bottom up (from the electrons on the board(?)) to affect the screen. That sounds like an inefficient way to just move visible letters on a screen.
But how does mental intention or any kind of field wave or frequency interact with the screen to show what we saw?
Of course they could be using tech to mediate and maybe amplify their intention to, say send a kill command to the drones.

Have you read much of Patrick Jackson's work? His books "The Sphere Network" and "Quantum Paranormal" are all about the metallic spheres seen at the ranch. He's shown that they use binary to communicate with eachother in line of sight relays. I imagine that they've reverse engineered our tech since the beginning of the computer age; shutting down missile silos etc. He suspects that they are mainly autonomous digital machines with pre programmed functions to dissuade people from interfering/being injured by their operations, but also can be commandeered by a pilot if the need arises, giving the sphere latitude to handle novel interactions with humans that are persistent.
The broken sphere that he's analysed is a shell. A metal casing coated in nanotubes. Whatever powers them, or acts as it's "brains" is not physically present when destroyed as far as his team can tell. I'm wondering if it's some form of entanglement/remote viewing by a superior technology. He's shown that they can "quantum tunnel" on the macro scale. (Even humans have started to figure that out) So I don't see manipulating a monitor at the quantum scale as or of the possibilities. But I find it more likely that they can hack as well as our better than any group of humans could. They probably have a library of ways to mess with drones and PCs, some more destructive or obvious than others.

I'm aware of his work but haven't read the book. Did not know he had access to a broken sphere. In fact, I need to follow up with the research on the Ooga Buga sphere and its sister sphere. I agree they must be like autonomous and defensive hackers. Why they must always be ready for a rocket at skinwalker ranch is another question then. But I don't believe they are the only phenomenon. There are skinwalkers as well as technological craft. I imagine the skinwalkers are just as WTF'd out about them as we are. The skinwalkers must be far more limited in their technological abilities but maybe can still mimic poltergeist activity. Admittedly, hacking tech with tech is less mysterious and exciting than hacking with a mind.
I wonder if a signal pops up everytime something happens. They don't mention it, though it happens quite often and maybe they have enough to find what represents a kill command in several cases. Though at that point they are getting into the capabilities that our own defense programs must have themselves. I'm sure Patrick Jackson has wondered himself if the sphere network operates with not under US Space Force.

I agree. I don’t understand it either. There are several things that the team has talked about and the show has never shown.
I’ve heard of one thing for sure of a remote viewer they had that the network won’t show because “it’s too disturbing”.
I know Brandon has said the only rule he has is that the producers can’t make anything up . Other than that, the producers and network have full control over what is on the show.

Yeah I heard him mention the remote viewing on the Why Files interview, shame about that too.
I’ve been going back to watch some of the earlier seasons and it seems like this kind of stuff is what feels missing from the more recent ones. They always used to include these little “side quests” that’s didn’t necessarily go anywhere but were still interesting to see. I don’t know if they’ve just become more focused on a handful of areas now or it’s an editing decision and things are being left out

It's possible. Right now any theory goes. We do not really even understand human conscious. So higher conscious could pretty much do things we don't understand.
