Mods Bots/Shills Callout Thread
Hey guys, I’ve been seeing a high frequency of accounts whose sole purpose is to shill some sort of bullshit service or to manipulate sentiment. It’s a pain in the ass to identify all of them manually so I’m making this thread for you guys to name drop suspicious accounts you may have noticed so we can look into them and ban them.
Example: u/ExplanationNormal339 - this fucking guy links the same thing in 99% of his comments
Additional PSA: images are now allowed as comments so you can post positions

Discussion Stock Market Recap for Tuesday, September 1, 2026
The major U.S. stock indexes ended broadly lower on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, opening the month with a thud as two oil tankers were struck in the Strait of Hormuz overnight, global bond yields soared to multi-decade highs, and crude oil surged toward $91 a barrel. Markets are starting September cautiously, with investors balancing renewed geopolitical uncertainty, elevated bond yields and the latest U.S. economic data, with the S&P 500 remaining close to record territory but momentum softening after a strong summer.
The S&P 500 fell 0.71% (-54.67 pts) to 7,631.47. The Dow dropped 0.79% (-419.02 pts) to 52,766.88. The Nasdaq slid 1.03% (-271.12 pts) to 26,099.77. The Russell 2000 fell 1.23% (-36.32 pts) to 2,920.14.
The VIX jumped 9.39% to 16.32. Gold fell 2.37% to $4,375.40. Crude Oil surged 5.91% to $90.83/barrel, its highest level since late July.

Epic DD Analysis $CRK Comstock Resources Slow Squeeze has begun
I saw this post and did some poking around with google gemeni and I bought shares. Jerry Jones , owner of Dallas Cowboys, owns 65% of the shares, and they just announced a letter of intent with the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) covering a proposed $1.65 billion asset transaction, alongside a separate drilling venture involving approximately $450 million in expected costs with a partnership owned by the family of majority stockholder Jerry Jones. Take a close look at the percentage, the short interest rate, and the number of days to cover the short position. Then look at the weekly chart.
Now take a look at what Gemeni gave me:
Comstock Resources (NYSE: CRK) displays several key characteristics of a strong short squeeze candidate.
While it is an established natural gas producer rather than a speculative "meme stock," its combination of high short interest, a tight effective float, a high days-to-cover ratio, and massive news catalystscreates a squeeze setup.
Short Squeeze Profile: Key Metrics
| Metric | CRK Current Level | Typical Short Squeeze Threshold | Assessment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Short Interest (% of Float) | ~20% – 39% (varies by float calculation) | > 15% – 20% | Very High |
| Days to Cover (Short Ratio) | ~7 to 16.8 Days | > 5.0 Days | Extremely High |
| Shares Shorted | ~24.5M – 24.9M shares | N/A | High absolute volume |
| Insider / Locked Ownership | ~65%+ (Jerry Jones & Family) | High concentration preferred | Very Tight Effective Float |
| Primary Underlying Catalyst | $1.65B SOCAR Deal + Debt Reduction | Fresh bullish fundamental catalyst | Present |
Why CRK Meets Squeeze Criteria
1. Extremely Tight "True" Free Float
While CRK has roughly 287 million total shares outstanding, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and his family control roughly 65%+ of the total shares. Because this majority stake is locked up with an insider, the actual publicly traded free float is under 100 million shares. As a result, the ~24.9 million shorted shares represent a significant fraction of all freely tradable shares.
- Abnormally High Days-to-Cover (DTC)
With a Days-to-Cover ratio ranging between 7 and 16+ days (depending on recent 30-day volume averages), short sellers cannot exit their positions quickly without bidding up the share price significantly. A DTC above 5 is usually considered vulnerable; a double-digit DTC creates severe liquidity bottlenecks for shorts.
3. Major Fundamental De-Risking Catalyst
A short squeeze usually requires a spark to force shorts to cover. CRK announced a major strategic shift:
- $1.65 Billion SOCAR Asset Sale: Sells non-operated working interests in its Haynesville assets to SOCAR, which will cut CRK’s net debt in half from $3.1 billion to approximately $1.5 billion.
- $450 Million Drilling Joint Venture: A JV funded by Jerry Jones’ family partnership to cover 80–85% of drilling costs for 27 new wells without issuing new shares or debt.
This cash injection directly undermines a core short thesis (that high debt and low natural gas prices would strain liquidity).

Discussion TODAY'S GAMMA SQUEEZE NAMES
I score names on near-dated call flow — 0–7 DTE, how aggressive the buying is, and how close the big pile of call open interest is to spot. Short-dated matters because dealers have to hedge it now, not next month.

Today's top 12:
| Ticker | Score | Price | Call wall | Room | Call prem | Call vol |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| GME | 85 | $18.78 (+2.15%) | $19 | +1.2% | $309K | 21,375 |
| WMT | 82 | $106.03 (+1.11%) | $106 | 0.0% | $2.3M | 24,548 |
| AVGO | 81 | $371.28 (+0.25%) | $400 | +7.7% | $2.5M | 5,156 |
| GOOG | 75 | $333.83 (-0.47%) | $350 | +4.8% | $2.6M | 28,364 |
| SMCI | 75 | $37.23 (-0.12%) | $39 | +4.7% | — | 26,668 |
| BAC | 73 | $61.99 (+0.09%) | $63 | +1.6% | $1.8M | 26,265 |
| MRNA | 73 | $151.85 (+8.20%) | $170 | +12% | $10.2M | 30,276 |
| AAPL | 71 | $325.14 (+2.62%) | $327.5 | +0.7% | $175.5M | 1,124,683 |
| IREN | 70 | $36.43 (-1.85%) | $40 | +9.8% | $598K | 13,115 |
| NBIS | 69 | $197.90 (-4.08%) | $200 | +1.1% | $2.9M | 4,674 |
| META | 68 | $577.60 (+0.92%) | $580 | +0.4% | $71.9M | 240,569 |
| GTLB | 67 | $52.90 (+13.67%) | $50 | -5.5% | $2.8M | 27,995 |
The score is one number but the setups underneath it isn't the same trade.
$MRNA, IREN, AVGO, GOOG and SMCI all still have room — 4.7% to 12% before spot hits the wall. That's where the actual mechanic lives. Dealers keep buying shares as price grinds toward the strike, they're short. Heavy call volume by itself isn't the squeeze, the distance is.
$WMT is sitting exactly on its wall. Zero room. The buying that got it there has already been hedged, so there's not much left to push it. $AAPL, META, NBIS and BAC are basically in the same spot — good scores, nowhere to go. That's not a weaker signal; it's the same setup later in its life. Most of the push is probably behind it.
$GTLB is the weird one. Spot's already above the wall, which is why the room number is negative. Either it broke clean through dealer resistance and the flow keeps chasing, or it ran past its hedging structure and there's nothing mechanical under it anymore. The score can't tell you which one, and neither can I.
How it's built, if you care:
call-heavy ratio is today's call volume over the name's recent average. Wall is the nearest strike above spot with the fattest call OI. Room is just (wall − spot) / spot. The score mixes that ratio with ask-side aggression, weights 0–7 DTE heavier, and folds in one-day momentum. It's all from today's tape so it goes stale in hours, not days.

Discussion FLYE's post-alert move lasted one minute. Would you count this as catchable?
I want honest opinions on this one because the final percentage sounds much cleaner than the actual trade.
FLYE had already printed $3.97 at 5:38 ET in premarket. Stock Pulse mobile app didn't flag it until 9:54 around $2.47. The next minute hit $2.79, about 13% above the alert. More than 2.6 million shares traded in that candle, so the high was real. The problem is that it immediately dropped toward $2.08. This was a blink-and-you-miss-it scalp, not a comfortable window.
The stock eventually closed at $2.17 after roughly 81 million shares traded through early after-hours. Its estimated float is around 1.46 million and its 30-day average volume was only about 12,700 before today.
The news timeline is strange too. There was no fresh operating announcement during the session. Full quarterly results arrived at 5:38 PM, showing revenue down from $5.3 million to $2.7 million, gross margin falling from 42.4% to 10.9%, and the net loss widening from $2.0 million to $3.9 million.
The revenue decline had actually been previewed in an August 14 late-filing notice, so maybe this was earnings attention colliding with a tiny float rather than anyone discovering good news.
Late filing: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1975940/000121390026090228/ea0301728-nt10q_flye.htm
Would you count a one-minute, high-volume window as a valid alert, or was this simply too late to be useful?

Discussion OKLO: The unspoken missing AI link.
Oklo (stock specifically) is down so much and seemingly performing like “ultra speculative” Quantam stock. Here’s a few things that confuse to me as a believer:
1) They are quite literally 2 YEARS ahead of anyone attempting SMRs from a regulatory, design, and financial standpoint.
2) The DeWittes’ (Founders-Jacob and Carolyn) have retained nearly almost all their majority equity stake, even through the 600% runup last year.
3) Their plutonium allotment from DOE/Fed Govt is essentially exclusive versus competitors . The same for their U-235 supply from early 2025 (only they and Terra Power).
4) All timelines they’ve stated have been on track and I am yet to see delays.
5) They haven’t over spent their cash reserves, issued no further debt, and other than a 5% dilution last year - haven’t created any negative shareholder value.
And lastly 6) The electricity demand our country now requires for everything, has not changed but increased.
I’d love to know what I’m missing here if anyone can provide insight. Best of luck to all and happy trading!

Gainz GPRO Sale
Thanks GoPro, helping me start crawling back from some previous bad plays. Between my calls and stock holdings I averaged about a 159% return. Wish I had more capital but as you can see, I previously killed my account from holding some good plays too long, greed kills. Hope it keeps riding but I'm out.
