Looking for software Built ClipEdit because existing tools were taking way too long to load for simple cuts

For a long time, every time I needed to trim or cut video clips on Windows, I found myself waiting on heavy editing suites just to make a 5-second cut.

I got tired of the friction, so I spent the last few weeks building ClipEdit. It is a lightweight native utility designed to make quick cuts instantaneously directly on your local machine without background bloat or forced cloud accounts.

The core focus was keeping memory usage minimal and eliminating any startup lag.

Check out the project: https://github.com/heartforheart/QuickClipEdit

Would love to hear what your current clipping setup looks like and if there are any specific features you would like to see!

I'd recommend choosing what ever fits for you. You can already try ClipEdit just download the portable or setup and try it out it's main core use is free. I can only look into comparisons between them but don't know what the difference would be without looking into it

I tested, I found the file, interface is nice for me, but it does only one chop per video for the free tier, very slow on my brand new HP ProDesk 4 SFF G1i Desktop AI SFF PC with 32GB RAM DDR5 and NVIDIA A400 4 GB GDDR6 graphics card

LosslessCut interface is chunky but does awesome job.
