Not sure if this has ever been discussed properly before so I’ll try break this down.

So we know Il-Hwan is a vessel of the Rulers but not in the generic sense like Thomas, Liu, Reed, etc.

He’s a vessel in the sense that he contains the Rulers power but he isn’t a vessel in the same sense as the others where he’s “connected” to the Rulers (Correct me if I’m wrong).

In knowing this, Il-Hwan’s relationship is somewhat nuanced.

He is described as a rather strong hunter who was completely modified by the Rulers to be a powerful human-like asset with one main purpose.

But unlike the other True Vessels we don’t necessarily know if Il-Hwan is connected to the Rulers, but rather, just a powerful machine who the Rulers augmented and lended portions of their power to.

So what is his SBM?

We know with the borrowed power by the Rulers via his modified body he can use SBM with distinct differences being not changing in appearance.

We also know that simply being a Ruler Vessel doesn’t mean access to SBM as confirmed that Liu cannot use SBM at all.

Which makes Il-Hwan even more confusing as it’s said that SBM is fully manifesting the power of the higher existence into a vessel of the lower realm, which in all cases their appearances change to match the beings origins that the vessel Manifests.

All expect Il-Hwan who remains human in appearance all way round, which intrigues me heavily, cause why does he not have an appearance in SBM?.

It’s possible that it’s just for convenience, and I’ll-Hwan case isn’t different to the others and that he simply didn’t need to change in appearance but he’s still manifesting the power of the higher existence into his own self which is most likely?.

But I’d like to think it’s cause of a different special case…

We know the Shadow Creation skill lets you create Shadow Equipment, but the skill's description shows it's possible to create something else too. But what?

We know Suho's Shadow powers boost the hunters following him through the creation of Shadow Equipment, so whatever else he can create should follow that same logic — but aside from Shadow Equipment, what else could boost hunters' power?

Personally, I think the second thing he can create with the Shadow Creation skill is Rune Stones. My theory is that by turning a Shadow Soldier into Rune Stones, he'd get one Rune Stone for each Skill that Shadow Soldier possessed — but that's just my personal theory.

What do you guys think he could create?

Yes yes we know Mappa has deep pockets and stacked lists of animators and directors, but A-1 does too. Hell, look at their SAO movies for example. They always look phenomenal and from what's been going around, Beyond the System is priority number 1. I would not be surprised if it ends up being A-1's best looking movie ever. Now whether it'll look better than CSM: Reze is yet to be seen, but I get the feeling it'll at least be on the same general tier of quality.

Story- after getting through the labyrinth you enter a massive room, from doors around the room dozens of living armors enter.

Monsters- 10(HP- 5, damage 2) (you can do aoe, but it works like this, 15 damage takes out 3 enemies, 25 takes out 5, ECT.)

Rewards- armor (-1 damage taken)

I see lots of people assume the AB (Absolute Being) died simply because “he didn’t fight back” or that since AB was bored meant that he didn’t want to fight back.

I assure you most if not all cases this rebellion could have played out the AB is almost always going to be killed.

And yes the AB did have the capability to fight back we see this in Ragnarok, so he isn’t just a defenceless creator, he can definitely defend his own self but again it wouldn’t matter.

Over Eons the Rulers got stronger throughout the Eternal war, stronger to the point where they actually had the capability of slaying their creator, the AB was fully aware of this and took precautions because of this.

If the AB was strong enough to wipe out his creations easily he wouldn’t of taken precautions the way he did, and sure he could have potentially wiped out some but he’d still be put into the dirt.

The Rulers were fully prepared to take on the AB, they planned the rebellion and under the Brightest Fragment Of Brilliant Light’s Leadership who was most likely doing most of the heavy lifting they were able to kill the AB.

The fact that the Rulers/Monarchs derived from primordial sources equally as anicent or most likely even more ancient than the AB is somewhat indicative to how he lost.

The AB didn’t make what the Rulers are, he simply gave form, shape and will to pre-existing sources that rivalled his own power.

That’s about it yeah, made this post cause I saw some people say the AB would of still be alive if he fought back and that he simply let his creations kill him, which me personally I don’t think that was the case.

I thought the movie was supposed to be released in late 2027. Was it delayed or something?

What should the movie’s runtime be if it adapts everything from chapters 111–131 faithfully without rushing it?

Just thought of a quick match up between our strongest Non RV/NLH Hunters or at least the strongest I remember, if I’m forgetting another Hunter please inform me.

Other than that I believe these guys gate keep Peak S Rank. If Chugong said the power gap between S rank Hunters can be the same difference between E and A then I believe these guys are the A Rank equivalent of S rank minus the actual peak Hunters (Andre, Liu, Jonas, etc).

(Also not going to include Antonie, well maybe? If you think Antonie can beat Beru by himself or not.)

Well I may be wrong about Yuri, I do know he’s quite the specialist in barriers, and seems support oriented so he could maybe be good in not letting Beru one shot the others…

Well I’ll try set the conditions and make it fair for the four Potential Hunters… 😭✌️

Let’s say the four are perfectly coordinated and work in sync to maximise their own strengths and cover each other’s weaknesses, would that be enough to beat Ant King Beru?.

I just realized in Solo Leveling, there's something similar to Ragnarok's Stardust: the mana crystals implanted into monsters' bodies that we see in Solo Leveling.

Whether it's Stardust or these mana crystals, both make the person they're implanted in hear a voice. The main difference is that the mana crystals are mainly meant to increase monsters' aggression, while Stardust allows for total control and a strength boost.

In my opinion, the process for creating Stardust probably shares some similarities with that of the mana crystals, but it must be mixed with the recipe for the demons' berserk poison, and requires more work to achieve total control over whoever uses it.

Interesting match up in my opinion, Hwang Dongsu one of the strongest awakened S rank Hunters in South Korea alongside receiving the 20-30% Perma upgrade from Selner as well being capable of standing back up after getting punched by a bloodlusted holding Back level 122 Jinwoo who keep in mind went from struggling against Baran to destroying Beru in just a four level difference, and Level 122 Jinwoo is 22-24 levels higher.

Although we absolutely know Jinwoo was holding back against Hwang Dongsu this is still quite a good feat of endurance and durability.

Don’t got much to say about Choi and Baek, they are pretty decent S ranks and in a two on one they could be capable of overwhelming Hwang Dongsu with Baek face tanking and Choi proving fire assistance.

Who comes out on top out of the Hwang versus Choi and Baek?

SBM Users vs. Non SBM Base Monarchs

Interesting matchup to consider. We know that Il-Hwan and Reed are the only confirmed humans to have achieved SBM, and with the recent background lore from Solo Leveling ARISE provided by Chugong, it seems very likely that they are the only humans in the original Solo Leveling setting capable of using SBM.
With that in mind, and considering that Andre, a non SBM user, was capable of pushing back a holding back Base Rakan, how would the two known SBM users perform against the Base Monarchs?

Scenario:
Il-Hwan and Reed are both using SBM.
They fight each Monarch individually in their Base form.
Each matchup is a 2v1.
No outside assistance.

How do you think Il-Hwan + Reed (both in SBM) would perform against each Base Monarch?
Which Monarch do they beat, and where do they get stopped?

Knowing what we know now about SBM (Spiritual Body Manifestation) and the fact that the ability is actually extremely rare among the Vessels that even Liu Zhigang who was explicitly Number 1 Ranked Hunter globally in the Light Novel was stated to be incapable of using SBM.

In knowing this it’s pretty hard to confidently say Thomas Andre can also use SBM as well.

We know he’s an extremely capable Vessel, reinforced by Rakan’s acknowledgment. So, if certain conditions were met and Andre had no choice but to use SBM could he manifest it?.

The answer to this is unknown to me, but if anyone knew or would have their own theory’s, please share.
