Your best bet is to talk to restaurant owners and ask them to install rubber pads on their ACs and kitchen ventilation. That's probably the only working solution to reduce vibrations enough to make a difference. If it is going to be acceptable for sleeping, I cannot tell.

If they do not want to do it, you can file some sort of official complaint.

Load calculation is really important to make those pads work well. Where did you place the vibration pads? Can you send me the specs? You need to consider both live and dead loads. It is actually part of the restaurant responsibility to treat this, since they have moved next to residents. There are official standards and regulations for residents, and the local authority has its own guidance for businesses, and usually the first step to file a complaint with them.
