Normally I would just find a different sub. BUT when I could normally post like everyone else, and then mods just push me out just because, don't even explain/give feedback why, just mark it as "low effort" while some similarly structured posts get a pass cuz they're from someone else... See where I'm going?

I smell that mods just use the rule, not cuz a post is poorly made, but cuz they don't like it. Even various other users also called out this same problem mind you. I'm not alone.

i dont like how the "hide" option is all the way on the bottom of post cards, because if youre scrolling the feed and see a title of a post, and based on that, know you do not want to view the media of that post, you must scroll and view it anyway just to be able to hide it.

on shreddit, the hide button is in the top right overflow menu, so you can hide posts without viewing the media at all.

perhaps this just applies to me as im an over sensitive person who commonly hides things, but just wanted to share anyway.

shreddit shows the error message with no media, old reddit shows only the small thumbnail preview image.

clicking the link on old reddit opens https://v.redd.it/hii6nioa9lud1, which immediately redirects back to the normal post page.

the follower system seems to be kinda broken in general

So i used to click on a post or video and it would let me go/see comments easily (first photo). Now whenever I click a post or video its whatever this is (Second photo).I see the top comments but I can't easily go to comments. I feel like I have to search the right side in order to find the comments.

Kind of sucks, though now I‘m curious if it’s possible for the Arctic Shift creator to bypass this by having the site be on a slightly different URL, thus allowing us to link like normal. Reddit would likely send their AEO hit squad to wipe it again, however.

they introduced this experiment a couple months ago, but it reverted, making me think it was completely over. i guess not...

this variant of the experiment removes the "start chat" and "message" buttons from profile hover cards and from user profile pages, but retains the chat icon in the top bar. there's another variant that also removes the icon from the top bar (which is even worse).

very annoying. so tired of them fucking with old.reddit.
