I know this, it happens in every sport. But to say that Naomi losing to her would be embarassing would be ridiculous. Anyone can beat anyone but a higher ranked opponent is ranked higher for a reason.

My issue with her has nothing to do with her fashion. My issue is she uses this whole "my mental health" as a shield when she wants to. She's pumping her fist yelling Come On in between serves. But then if she loses she claims she's unwell and her mental health. If you can't take the heat then gtfo out of the kitchen. You either good and can be yelling come on mid serves (in between serves) or you stfu since you're not mentally well which is it? Cause it can't be both...

I think for some people like me, it's the strange hypocrisy of wanting and needing attention and admiration, but only under the terms she agrees with.

Cover of a magazine? That's cool. Articles about her fashion line? That's cool. Critiquing the very public choices she makes? Not cool, just let her play!

I mean, it's the U.S. Open. Players who only want talk about their game don't wear outfits designed to get attention.
