Why does he even care? The rules are whatever they are. He’s in the NFL. It isn’t like he’s losing out on players who could be on his 53 man roster.

My thoughts:

If an NFL player goes back to college they are going to be guaranteed playing time on that team so players already fighting for field time now have to to compete against an NFL trained/conditioned athlete.

Leading to possibly less reps, less eyes on them from scouts. Not so much him losing out on someone for his roster but up and coming players not getting the looks they deserve becasue someone with NFL experience went back.

But they don't have to now with NIL deals...they can play football, get an education, and get paid lol who would give up that opportunity. "Hang it up, go work" lol cmon...
