Canting your weapon. It's only actually useful if you have a magnified optic on your weapon and you need to do some close quarters work. Helpful to have a laser attached so you can still aim. Otherwise it just looks cool.

Valik Lumox's AK is now useful at close quarters then

Yep - have been running it that way.

I saw that in Venoxium's DLC review, you can do that with almost every gun and it's especially funny with long barrel snipers

I'm pretty sure you can get lasers for most weapons, though, so it's still useful then.

i actually prefer using the shotgun like that. its still have the accuracy of aim but less disrupted field of view.

It looks retarded...nobody in real life tilts thier gun sideways to fire it...the reticle on the end kf a gun is there for a reason...if u dont like scopes then remove them...tilting a weapon looks stupid as hell

Well, that isn't really true. Anecdotally speaking, I tilted my rifle to fire it when I was using PVS-14s and the peq-4 in the military. There is also a technique called 'short stocking' that is often seen in CQB. Point firing is also a trained technique.

In the game, I always turn off the crosshairs so I have no reticle unless I'm looking through the scope. But to your third point, the way the attachment system works in this game does make it super quick to add or remove a scope, so it isn't super necessary to cant the weapon, but it legitimately can still be helpful if you get walked up on in a pinch.

Cheers

Ok i understand your point but I dont see why anyone in this game would be using scoped weapons in close quarters anyway thats wjay the shotgun is for or an smg lol...so the offset aim should just be a feature u can toggle on not something u cant disable as I really cant stand it and now im stuck woth it sonce theres no option to disableit...i appreciate your response tho i just hate that offset feature it keeps messing up my firefights because the analog stick is already super sensitive as is
