Support Question Wi-Fi problem

For some reason I can’t use Stoat with Wi-Fi. It works when I’m using cellular data, but whenever I try using Wi-Fi it acts like there’s a major outage. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

may be related to stoat being blocked by some ISPs

This is it. They've incorrectly and unjustly blocked us. We're working to get them to repeal the blocks, but they don't offer much in terms of means of appeal so it may take a while.

It went away when I switched Wi-Fi

You mean switched it off? That’s what I did. But I want to know how to fix it so I can use Stoat on other devices again.
