I’m back 😞
So don’t go back to drinking btw , it lead to drugs / bad decisions / poor health and my brain isn’t happy . Day 1 , IWNDWYT

Many of us have been there before - in my case many more times, more drugs, more terrible decisions and consequences than I care to remember.
The important thing is that you’re back.

I'm not sure. In early sobriety I felt pretty good. Now 6 months sober I'm so tired I might return to drinking

I felt like that at 4 months of sobriety , now feel worse than ever , it gets worse each time :( xx
