Sober Coach

Has anyone had experience using a sober coach or being a sober coach for people going to concerts, musicians, executives going to trade shows, etc?

I met my guitar hero (Joey Santiago) a number of years ago. As we sat and talked, his sober coach was rough there with us just having a N.A. beer and I thought that would be something I could get behind.

Would love to hear any experiences?

Wait sorry, what? Well I suppose that's one way to get sober, must be really expensive... I follow a good few sobertubers but I really dislike sober influencers that sell coaching so I'll let others speak.

So the guy just hanged out? Did this sober coach do anything else while you were there? I've so many questions... Really, I'm not being sarcastic

Yeah, he was a full fledged member of the tour - just like the sound guys and any other crew member. His main role was to support Joe after shows while the band went to bars or out to eat, etc. I’ve volunteered this service at my company during high octane party events…but I’m actually really interested in this as an offering also. No I’m not an influencer. Yes I live life day by day. I’m thinking about becoming a sponsor in AA - just curious what that is like from people in the trenches. Curious just like you.
