I really miss playing Stray :( Do you think it's worth replaying it?

I recently found these screenshots on my PC as I was clearing out some old storage. I felt like there would be a few of you who would enjoy these....and a bonus picture of who was essentially my first child....and boy did she act like it, too.

When this game came out, I had just lost my cat of 13 years, Harley...and I missed her so much that I seriously would just leave this game on and cry myself to sleep. Through that, I discovered that the camera panes further out and around...so... I started to do it a lot more, because in a way it was like slowly letting go of Harley.

I really miss her. I can't wait to see her again. As you can tell by the photo, she was very laid back, and very much part of the family. She protected me when I was pregnant, and then protected my child as she slept after I gave birth.

Harley loved being a big sister, and she loved just being alive....This game really reminded me that the bond between a cat and a human is unlike any other. It is one of respect and love that has to go both ways, and when it does - there is nothing like it.

....and now I'm crying...

Just got the game and super excited to start playing.

Thought I’d share these snaps of my little buddy as I booted up the game for the first time.

Bought it for my Nintendo switch 2 to play mostly handheld.

I played about 60% of this game on the switch, and stopped because it runs like dogshit. I thought I would hold out and finish the game when they release a switch 2 port.

They did - brilliant! I can’t use my save from the switch 1 version though? WHY?!

Bought on a whim not even expecting to like it. Now I have to fill its void. Any suggestions of similar games?

Can we get Stray port on mobile because it's one of the best indie game of all time

I'm about 30-60 minutes in and I'm stuck here, unsure what to do. I tried for like 10 minutes. There is a laundry room next to this. I jumped a bunch of stuff, but can't seem to find a way "out". Anyone can give me a hint? I found the light goes on when i meow... not sure what to do though. The barrel jump doesn't seem to lead anywhere... so does the laundry room...

It's rather touching scene.

The robots were very inspire by humans and learned to convey emotions well.

I don't know if the game was supposed to be that scary, but it still creeps me out. Whenever I hear them or get chased by them, I panic. Maybe it's because of the dark environment, the music, and the fact that you're just a cat who can only run and jump. That makes it way creepier for me.

I just saw this trailer on YouTube and thought I'd share here since I know some of you will be interested. They had me at cat and the game looks beautiful. Definitely adding this to my wishlist. (I am not affiliated with this game in any way, it just looks cool.)

I think I finally have the confidence to share my Stray OC here.... I originally wasn't going to, but I remembered that there aren't a whole ton of Stray OCs out there anymore so I figured "why not"?

Super basic lore summary; Amelia impulsively downloaded a virus in hopes to shut down her system, but ended up installing a sentient virus that can take full, temporary control to cause chaos and destruction 😎

I'm pretty much just showing Amelia here, but the virus doesn't have much of a design change, as it's still using Amelia's body

And if you know me, shhhh, no you don't 🤫.....
