Tablets for Students

Prior to starting senior high school, I thought that I could've just gone through the school year without having to buy a laptop or a tablet. But I soon realized how important that one must own a tablet as to make the workload more doable and convenient. As I did my research, I was left with the OnePlus pad 3. But before buying, I wanted to know whether there are other alternatives that may be better such as the Xiaomi pad 8 pro, apple or Samsung tablets. The screen size, resolution, and refresh rate is what makes me lean towards the pad 3 despite all the good things I heard about the iPads or the galaxy tabs.

Also aspect ratio very good for reading PDFs and note taking because it's almost like an A4 page

What notes app would you recommend and how do they compare to the notes app on Apple and Samsung devices? I heard that they got one of the best notes app there is.

Ahh I see. May I ask if you have encountered any problems or regretted choosing a tablet over a laptop? I would like to know because I plan to use the pad 3 until the end of college.

That should be 6 years ig? The pad 3 is hardware proof for 6 years but updates are only till 2028 or 2029 software updates till 2031
