I got this horrible blowout tattoo and need a recommendation for an RVA artist to fix this mess. It os only 2 weeks out so when I am done crying and it is healed I will need a good, experienced fix. Yes, the red is bruising. Help please.

My arm band didn’t come out as I wanted. I wanted it to be the same distance from each other all the way around and if you look they aren’t. Am I overthinking this and will this be noticed? Did you notice right off the bat? Thanks guys.
