Open | Hardware AMD MultiGPU (not crossfire) 

Hello, I have a desktop PC equipped with an RX 9060 XT, an RX 7600, an MSI B550 GAMING PLUS motherboard, a Ryzen 7 5700 X3D, 32GB (4x8GB) of 3200MT/s RAM, and a 1TB NVMe drive; I also have an 850W 80+ Gold power supply and am running Windows. My current problem is that I cannot use the RX 9060 XT and the RX 7600 at the same time; when both are enabled via Device Manager, the system crashes after a while. I have no issues when using just one graphics card—whether it's the RX 7600 or the RX 9060 XT—but as soon as I enable both simultaneously, I eventually experience a driver crash. What can I do to keep both GPUs enabled at the same time without encountering driver issues, given that they work fine individually? Yes I asked to GPT but I think real personnes is alway's better.

What are you trying to achieve there in the first place? Why do you aim for 2 GPUs with worse performance per GPU, you're clearly not using them for Local AI stuff and there aren't many usecases left where you'd actually want 2 GPUs.

Right now, I have an RX 7600 8gb and a RX 9060 XT 16gb, my goal is to run a light agent on the RX 7600, and keep the RX 9060 XT for video games, I would like to don't spend money on a new GPU.

If I could get what they cost, I would buy an RX 9070 not XT and force the XT bios on the PCB.

How often will you both, play games, and run local LLMs? Is it truly worth sacrificing on bandwidth of both your GPUs just for the rare instance of you running and using LLMs while you're playing games?

I want the agent to alway's be here, be able to take a screen and see what is happening or even make it watch in real time. Basicaly it would be for help in some games, and other stuff like that.

Mostly analizing path and give me tips like for some tech mods in minecraft, or even fast tips in case I would need it in blender for know how to do a specific task.
