gpu problem in my tuff f15

I have sold my laptop recently.It was tuff f15 with rtx 3050.The guy I sold just sent me this photo.The gpu doesnt work good in furmark.It shows 100 usage but 10% vram.Simply it jyst doesnt work wel,the fps is too low.I am scared that it will be hardware based.Can someone help me

The 10% vram usage in furmark is normal it doesn't use alot of vram

but 10 fps is too low.When I was using the laptop myself I used to use powersave mods and limit the usage sometimes.It could be becuase of that

Did you not reinstall windows on it? Before you sold it

There's alot of factors here why he getting that low fps temps/power plan/make sure he plugged in and instead of armoury crate tell him to download g-helper instead use that and uninstall armoury crate

Also does your laptop have dual channel not using single stick of ram? Cause that can also explains it too

Make sure he's plugged in when running furmark test
