Open | Windows Really high memory usage on startup
I normally don't have this problem but this started yesterday for whatever reason.
Directly went up to 93% memory usage with basic startup apps, I know those are not the problem because I never had this.
Had CRAZY frames drop and low fps when playing ow because it makes the usage go to 99%.
Idk what the problem is, ig it's something hidden

When you filter memory in task manager what does it say the top app using memory is?
Also? How much memory do you have?

Windows 11 and high ram go hand in hand. Not uncommon for super high usage on startup in Win 11. The more memory you have the less you’ll be impacted. Anything less than 16GB ram just isn’t enough. Glad a reboot resolved. Hopefully stays that way 👍

yeah true but I forgot to say I have 32gb so that was probably a temporary memory leak, but it happened two times so it might come back

Most of the times something like this happens, you downloaded something you shouldnt have. Time to do a full virus chdeck in windows offline mode.
If the problem persists, time for a new windows install. Not a reset. A full formatting of disks and a boot stick.

maybe a memory leak, I restarted my pc and now it's fine but the problem might come back, I haven't downloaded anything sketchy in the past the days so I doubt it's a malware

Oh it was a one time thing? Might also just be a windows update configuring

I would disable all your startup apps temporarily and then reboot.
Then enable them one at a time. See which one might trigger it.
