Open | Software PC has two drives

I got a hand-me-down pc, but for some reason there is a C and F drive, both have 115 GB of space. The C drive is full so I can't download anything on it, and I can't seem to get the F drive to run anything. Is there a way to fuse these drives together? Running Windows 11

ya, set up RAID 0. it combines the two disks into one virtual disk, obliterating everything on both in the process. RAID 0 is best when you have some separate backup system in place since it creates one disk out of two and if either fail, all is lost.

you cannot do this while simultaneously running your operating system off one of those drives.

This, JBOD, or another equivalent will do what you're describing but will put you at a much higher risk of losing all your data. If one drive fails, or the RAID array just goes wonky for some reason, you lose everything.

You'd be better off keeping the drives separate

Do you have separate drives or multiple partitions on the one drive?

Is C: and F: next to each other horizontally?

No you can't just combine them together. They are separate drive. I would recommend just buying a new 240GB or more storage drive
