Question Is there any way to access the filesystem (without root)?
Like apps, app data etc.

Apologies if my English isn't that good because English is not my main language. So, I've been using Odysseus AI and I very much like it. I also have Odysseus accesible on my Android using a port that allows me to open Odysseus by typing my IP and then the port number on a browser on my phone.
However, I stumbled upon this youtube video (https://youtu.be/wX-XGKlUDSI?si=7tJtWQYVck2-AHLv) showing how to install Odysseus AI on phone without using a PC as the local host. In the video, the guy is using thermux and input some codes.
My question is, is thermux safe to install on my day-to-day phone? I'm really new to tech and stuff so I need some guidance. Much appreciate it.

Android has a built in termin, hidden in the developer settings. It's running Debian 13 (Trixie) on a 720p resolution. Is it any good?

Probé Openbox de forma nativa en Termux para ver qué rendimiento se puede conseguir y cómo se comporta en Android. 🔥
¿Qué opinan del rendimiento? ¿Ya lo han probado ustedes? ¿Qué configuración usan?

I’ve been trying to get Omarchy running on my phone as a daily driver. After a lot of trial and error with PRoot, nested Wayland, foldable rotation, and some keyboard bugs, I finally have a usable setup on my Fold.
This isn't QEMU CPU emulation. It’s native ARM64 Omarchy and Hyprland running through Termux and Termux:X11 without root. It uses direct Mesa KGSL/Turnip on the Adreno GPU, so Chromium is GPU-accelerated, audio and touch work, and the desktop actually runs smooth at 120 Hz.
I cleaned everything up into a one-command installer if anyone wants to test it out: https://github.com/BlackFireAlex/omarchy-android
v0.1.0 is currently only tested on the Adreno 840. Getting it running on other Qualcomm hardware is the next experiment, so if you give it a shot, let me know your phone/SoC and what breaks. Contributions are welcome.
Thoughts ?

Eu vi que no F-Droid tem a marcação do site https://keepandroidopen.org e sei que existe uma versão paralela do Termux na Play Store. Essa versão paralela garante que o apk não seja bloqueado pela Google? Alguém imagina como será o futuro do Termux?

I have tried to give it a bit of a more melancholic style because why not?

The rice was inspired by u/Time_Science4336, but I still want to keep some of my previous rice before I use the updated Termux:Launcher. I also made my fastfetch logo on motd change every session because why not lol. Censored some logo images for my friends' privacy.
I've seen some people able to change the typeface of the clock, I wonder if it can be changed via the Termux:Launcher typeface too or it's modified?

I keep seeing lots of cool looking terminals and configurations on this subreddit and I really want to know some of the packages that the OPs use. I am very curious about this.
If you want, you can explain how they work but it's not necessary, I'll figure it out then

Been using Termux heavily for a while and kept re-finding the same scattered info across wikis, forum threads, and outdated blog posts, so I put together a single HTML file that covers the stuff I wish existed as one reference.
It's offline-first — no build step, no app, just open the file in a browser (or serve it locally). Covers:
Termux install/setup, storage, packages, shells, tmux
Git, GitHub, SSH, remote server admin
Python/Node/PHP/compilers, local web dev, SQLite
Termux:API and official add-ons, plus notable third-party companion apps
ADB, Wireless Debugging, Shizuku
PRoot-Distro and Termux:X11 for GUI Linux
Phone-as-workstation setups
Modern rooting: Magisk, KernelSU, APatch, bootloaders, AVB, partitions
Networking, automation, security, backup, troubleshooting
Cheat sheets and primary-source citations
It's searchable and print-friendly, and I tried to verify commands against current upstream docs rather than copy-pasting stuff that's since changed.

Not affiliated with the Termux project — just an independent reference. Open to corrections, especially anything device/version-specific I got wrong (there's a CONTRIBUTING.md for that). If something's outdated or missing, tell me and I'll fix it.
