Silk tofu

Eggs

Spinach

Sauce (soy sauce, chili garlic oil, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil)

Honestly as a Chinese American guy I'd say that's a pretty solid dish.

It's a bomb!! I copied that from tiktok. Will do a medium firm tofu next time. Silken was too soft like a pudding lol

That's kind of the appeal of silken tofu though. Silken tofu with chili soy sauce is a pretty classic dish.

I just looked up tofu recipes on tiktok, then I copied and added some to it.

On a medium-heat pan, I first put silken tofu, then 2 large eggs, spinach, and sauce (measured by heart 😆).
