My Ranking of the Die Hard Movies from my Favorite to Least Favorite-

Die Hard-Obviously the original was and will always be the best! My favorite action movie actually. 10/10

Die Hard:With a Vengeance-Loved the chemistry between Bruce Willis and Samuel L Jackson in this plus a lot of cool mind games from the main Villain. 9/10

Live Free or Die Hard-Some Action Sequences are a little far fetched for me but I still think it’s not as bad as some people make it out to be. 8/10

Die Hard 2 Die Harder-Wasn’t so crazy for the Villian in this and some of it seemed like a re do of the first Movie but it was okay I guess. I’ve rewatched the 3 up top more though. 7/10

A Good Day To Die Hard-Bruce Willis and whoever played his son had no chemistry what so ever and their acting was terrible and the way the Villians were written in this was awful. Probably one of the least memorable endings to a movie I’ve ever seen in my life and just wasn’t crazy about it. 4/10

I Heart Huckabees, 12 Monkeys, Fight Club, Inception, Fubar, Parasite, The Big Short and Project X.

I also want to shout out Incendies, Requiem For A Dream and Revolutionary Road. I think these movies are all incredible, but I don't think I'll ever adequately evaluate them because they made me feel just too damn horrible, and I'll never watch them again.

Hey guys, just finished my first-time watch of the show. Loved it. A lot to unpack.

I’m also a huge cinephile and really geeked out over the few Russian movies they mentioned and just made this list on Letterboxd (though I haven’t watched any of the movies yet).

I LOVED bad boys II and really like bad boys I.

I really wanted to fall in love with ride or die but I just can't. I thought it was way too long and they went heavy on the big action scenes more and not as much on comedy aspect which was what I loved in bad boys 2 it was hilarious.

It also seemed too futuristic and not genuine to the real world.

The team didn't seem very realistic and it was all just like eh, didn't feel like I could connect to it on a personal level like I did 1 and 2.

The AMMO crew suddenly doubling as nightclub operators while still somehow being elite tactical cops stretched the already cartoon-logic of the movie past the breaking point.

Bad Boys was never realistic, but Ride or Die leaned so hard into this out-of-touch writing where the younger characters act like they’re automatically wiser and cooler just because they’re younger, and Mike and marcus who’ve been elite cops for decades suddenly get treated like confused old men. In the real world those kids would be shutting up and listening, not talking down to them like that. The whole vibe just felt uncomfortable.

• Moulin Rouge! was the first musical nominated for Best Picture since Beauty and the Beast ten years earlier.
• The breakaway jousting lances in A Knight’s Tale were made from balsa wood and packed with uncooked pasta to create all those dramatic splinters.
