Does your VPN support port forwarding?

Does your VPN keep changing its outgoing server/ip?

You don’t provide enough information for anyone to help you.

Ipv6 is rare in private trackers and the downsides to shifting to it outweigh the benefits. Turn it off.

It isn't normal to be "constantly getting tracker warnings about seeding/downloading from more than three locations" if you're only seeding from one location.

Which VPN? Which trackers? What operating system? What torrent client?

Do the trackers actually ofticially support ipv6?

I'm guessing probably the issue is ipv6. You should check if the trackers you're on actually support ipv6. Most trackers don't. If your trackers don't support ipv6, you should definitely turn it off.

You should probably just turn off ipv6 anyway. It isn't well-supported in general. It seems to be causing you problems. And there isn't much benefit to using it.

There is barely ever any upload traffic on private trackers, particularly if you aren't using a gigabit NVMe seedbox.

If a torrent on a private tracker has at least 5 seeders and you are connectable (i.e. your ports are forwarded), you should be able to download fast, constantly, as long as your internet connection is fast.

But ipv6 typically isn't supported by private trackers. 

You seem like you're just generally confused about how things work. You should approach private trackers again with beginner's mind and try to learn how they work from scratch.

qBittorrent on Windows, using Mullvad. never had luck with ipv6 trackers either
