Hey. all!
As you would know, a transphobic researcher (Lisa Littman) is targeting transgender subreddits for participants in her "study" of transgender people and the unscientific "rapid onset gender dysphoria".
r/trans_sapphic is taking the following preemptive moderation action against her account:
- Permanent ban so she cannot post about her studies here
- Permanent mute so she cannot ever contact our moderation team
We will not tolerate this bigoted pseudoscience in our subreddit

I do not use filters. However, the boobies are digital. They’re a preview of my upcoming top surgery. I’ve been saving for years and at last I reached my goal. So the digital boobies were added bc I’m so close to finally making it happen and I’m impatient. HAHA.
It’s also a celebration. I’ve been looking forward to this day since I was 13.
Plus, they help with my gender dysphoria. I hate looking at my chest in the mirror and seeing…nothing.
Nevertheless, I do not have them yet, which is why I’m disclosing it here. I do not wanna misrepresent myself.
To paraphrase Christina Aguilera: You’re beautiful, in every single way. Words can’t bring us down. So don’t let them bring you down today. That’s the flex. That’s the win. Otherwise they win.

Started my transition a year ago and I think im ready to try dating, im in my early 60's
Wondering which apps are best, im looking for friendship leading to a possible relationship with either a trans or cis woman. Im not interested im casual liaisons.
