Heya! So a few months ago a family friend casually mentioned they had bought some weed seeds. They didn't know what kind they were, they just wanted to experience growing weed.

A few months went by and I ended up receiving some of what they had grown. The thing is, I have absolutely no clue what I'm supposed to look for whether this is actually smokeable.

I'm in a privileged position where I'm able to buy weed at the nearest coffeeshop without any issue and it always comes nicely packaged in a few buds so I never really had to pay much attention to it.

I'd love to hear the opinion of some more experienced people!

First plant growing myself, all the leaves below the bud stalks have yellowed and been clipped or fallen away. Buds have been growing for about two weeks and it’s starting to get that smell. Should I wait a bit longer?

How has it gone for you as far as guideline strikes?
I've been active on live for almost two years. I mostly play guitar covers, occasionally keyboard, and sing on live. I'd say about half of the time I will end the live with a smoke out my pipe as I tell stories. A bowl or two.

I always smoke with the pipe just out of frame and blow the smoke up. But I usually slip and get it on camera and get striked.

But here's the weird part. It just doesn't let anyone under 18 join, which I prefer tbh. Sometimes the change is for only a single minute. But l've never faced real consequences. Still get views and likes on videos and people chilling in my live, no issues. It's odd. Is this effect you guys experience as well? I've never been fully restricted, shadowbanned or whatever.

Someone (25M) in my life has been consistently checking the amount of za I (23F) have with a scale and limiting how much I smoke, and while in the process of trying to rid this bad person from my life, I seriously need a smoke. Is there any way to make the scale either inaccurate or somehow make the weight stay the same? I just need one joint and I'll live, but with this person on my fucking ass I cant😢

(edit): yes i am aware this guy isn't good for me, and I am actively trying to separate myself from him, but there are still some complications here and there, hence why I am still around him

Why is my weed two colors?

1. ⁠Nug on left, as you can see, is two colors.
   
2. ⁠I added a nug on the right for reference (the rest of the pack looks like the nug on the right).
   Any idea why my weed has vitiligo? Is it safe to smoke?

Title. I smoke cbd once every 2 days and I hate smoking. Id rsther use a vape.

I just want something safe (no Chinese lithium bs that'll catch fire) and not too expensive for occasional use. And also one where i grind the herb myself and put it in a chamber rather than a cartridge onr.

And when I say budget i mean sub 100 not these 250$+ ones

So i live in a mobile park and Im a medical user so Im using it 3-4 times a day, the problem is my neighbors are getting increasingly irate at my use of it. Ive done what ive thought of to help reduce smell:

Swapped to a dry herb vape over smoking

Getting a smoking buddy to cut down as much floating off as I can

And prior to the smoking buddy i was blowing away from the closest neighbor who has been effected the most

The problem is all of the houses/mobile homes are really close together and the only spot I can use is still a bit too close. And im unable to take edibles, they either dont work or cause painful stomach issues for me.

I have a shed being put up for me by family members but its taken a very long time and its still not finished and im unable to help. Hoping when its done it helps me contain more of the smell/be out of sight out of mind. in the meanwhile im not sure what else I can do to not be a bother. Also cant stop taking it beacuse its the only medication/thing thats helped my chronic pain disabilities and is helping me to not be bedridden anymore.

Just took a hit off a new vape I got.
Haven‘t smoked weed since I was 15, about 8 years ago.

Now, i know the classic stoner thing of „holy shit man i‘m gonna die call me an ambulance“, and this isn‘t that… but…

I‘m dizzy as hell, my heart rate peaked at 160 while sitting down not moving, had/have pretty much no anxiety (obviously other than this), and my hands keep feeling numb.

This may well be anxiety, but i didn‘t feel anxious until after I noticed a heart rate of 144.

My ECG and blood pressure read fine and i‘ll probably be good when the high wears off (i feel better than i did before anyway), but is this pretty much normal? This didn‘t happen 8 years ago, at least not until I got so high I vomited, so i‘m not sure why it‘s happening now?

I live in a state where it’s illegal but if I drive like 10 minutes to get it it’s legal. They have stuff for sale that I’ve never heard of. Usually a few puffs of a preroll gets me high as fuck. One time a girl came over with me and had me hit a dab and I felt like I was sinking into my futon like the Sunken Place but in a good way. I know they sell some rosin stuff and all that. Can I buy anything and smoke it without needing a whole think she used just to get that again or nah? I’m not looking down on people who need more or anything. I’m just asking if I can get that high again without a bunch of shit involved.

Yo i recently had my first experience with weed over the weekend but didn’t really get high or at least didnt know if i did because i was crossed and also i dont think inhaled properly for the first hit. That was the first time i smoked ever and im not really trying to smoke to get high i just want to get high with my friends off edibles but idk how many mg to start with? Any advice to get a good high without overdoing it?

Is a tolerance break really the only thing that will help? Ive had a hard time stopping smoking. It’s been every day for years.

Hi all! I cant smoke because of my asthma and gummies are just a bit too expensive where I live, so I've tried four batches of gummies made with tinctures and while they work and save me a lot of money they aren't very good and very hard to make even though I'm a pretty good home cook. I was thinking about doing something like a fudge (shelf stable and can cut into small portions) with a bottle of tinctures but Im wondering if anyone has any advice on what I should do or maybe a good recipe that works for them. I'm aiming to get 100 10mg edibles from a 1000mL bottle of tincture. The math on that is super cost effective and since I have chronic pain from endometriosis, I take about 20mg a day. Maybe there's a better idea that one of you have for making cost effective edibles that aren't a pain to make like the gummies. I am a bit lost right now.

TLDR; I need a cost effective way to make edibles at home. I've tried tincture gummies, but they turn out terrible.

so i started smoking weed in my teens and was a heavy user until i had turned 19, at that point, i really just couldnt smoke anymore id get panic attacks and anxious AF. come to when i turn 21, now i am able to walk up into a dispo and buy stuff so i do, at first it wasnt too bad i got a indica pen and seemed to have worked but then i got some flower (strain was platinum cookies) after smoking flower i felt fine, that was until like the 3rd day i smoked it. instant panic attack, nausea, shaking, it was horrible. that made me quit once again. come to now, beginning of 2026, i get this strain of pen from DIME industries (pink rose) and i love it, havent ever had a bad trip on it once. however i did recently smoke a joint with a friend and im like "damn, this strain is good" it made me feel nice very focused and energized. it was Jack Herer, and so i went to buy the exact brand 8th my friend had of that strain and i smoke it for a few days no problem, that was until day 6, i smoke a SMALL joint and boom, the anxiety is back makes me feel sick and everything. even the next day i tried to just take one simple hit and boom anxiety again. i am coming to wonder, why do i never get paranoid off my pen but i do off flower? is there a reason why? i really like the high flower gives its just unfortunate this happens
