Yes, Manet, she was the niece of Edouard Manet and a painter herself but this painting  was commissioned to Renoir.

In that wikimedia page you will see two 3972x4849 versions both from Google Art Project. 

The more reddish picture is NOT the result of adding more red with a slider in Photoshop to make up for the red faded from UV exposure in 140 years: a special camera used linearly and vertically polarizized filters to strip away glare and high-intensity LED light. 

Even the human eyes looking at the real painting would see slightly more red than the faded picture here: binocular depth perception and changing a bit the angle of view allow the brain to "remove" some of the shiny reflections. But still Renoir used highly fugitive red lake pigments that faded during the years.

So where does the red come from if it's not a filter and the red has faded? 

Renoir used a thick "enamel" red finish. The final form of the dye was hydrated alumina ground into linseed, therefore under the superficial faded red there's still the original red unmarred by UV oxygenation but inside a translucent matrix, so once the linearly polarized filters remove the glare the camera can record the light coming back from layers under the surface that are still red, and this data is saved and can be used to rebuild the painting as it originally was.

This law also applies to dogs and there is no size restriction. I know you can’t feel your legs because my 100 pound Rottweiler is on your lap. You’re just gonna have to channel your inner Lieutenant Dan and learn to live without legs!
