Question Help understanding

I haven’t tracked in 8 years so I’m a bit confused here. I got a positive test strip ovulation yesterday. Took a clear blue the one with just solid smile or empty. Day before yesterday negative and yesterday positive. Also day before negative on the strip.
So since I’m negative today but was positive yesterday my big question does that make it over or should we still be having sex every day. We had sex Tuesday and yesterday. This is hard on my anxiety.

It sounds like you had sex on good days already and you don't have to keep at it unless you feel like it! If you have regular periods you will probably start to see a pattern after a few cycles which makes it easier.

A positive LH test usually means ovulation is likely coming within roughly the next 12–36 hours. Going negative today doesn’t necessarily mean ovulation is already over it can just mean your LH surge has passed. Since you had sex Tuesday and yesterday, your timing is already really good, but I’d personally have sex today too, and maybe tomorrow if you want to cover your bases. You definitely don’t need to stress about doing it every single day beyond that. Sperm can survive for several days, so you’ve already got coverage going into ovulation!

Hi. a negative today doesn’t necessarily mean you already ovulated. The positive yesterday detected your LH surge, and ovulation commonly happens about 12–36 hours after that surge, so today could actually be one of your most fertile days. I would definitely have sex today if you can, and tomorrow too if you want to cover the window. You already had sex Tuesday and yesterday though, so your timing is really good. You don’t need to drive yourself crazy testing the OPKs predict ovulation, they don’t confirm that it happened. If you want confirmation afterward, BBT or a progesterone/PdG test can help with that.
