Nobby loves fruit, especially berries so he got a left over cherry today. He went back in his tank after The video to enjoy his treat.

For some reason the fact that you held him up like that was hilarious to me as he's trying to get the cherry.

When I'm holding him I can use him as a "grabber" to pick up stuff like usb cables, pencils, keys etc.
He's a very weird turtle

What a cutie! Can long necked turtles eat and swallow on land/without water surrounding it?

Why were you holding him just out of reach of the cherry?? Felt like you were dangling a carrot in front of a caged rabbit until he finally got it lol
Adorable turtle, I love these long nosed guys

He was just having a good sniff to decide if he wanted to eat it, he's also a weirdo and sometimes he attacks his food and other times like this he has a good snoot of it first

Incase any anyone is wondering… the plate is made by the UK company Denby (which closed down this year), and the range was made between 1971-1984 and is called ‘gypsy’.

We also have dinner plates and bowls from this set. They were my partners grandmas. I really like them.

Hahaha, the first time was my fault for not holding him still but the rest was all him being a dufus.
