Can anyone tell what species is of this turtle or tortoise . And what should be the diet and routine we should give to him .

Turtle aquatic, needs to have access to uv light and heat lamp, somewhere to sleep under water. Feed an aquatic turtle pellet every other day.

Soft shell, no cinder blocks or really rough rock in enclosure. A 100+ gallon stock tank is your most cost effective enclosure.

The animal does not belong in a dwelling!

Take them to a wildlife shelter.
