I had the opportunity to work on Monarch: Legacy of Monsters — Season 2 as a Senior Creature Animator at Scanline VFX / Eyeline Studios.
A few of the shots I worked on are featured in this breakdown:

My work focused mainly on creature performance, keyframe animation, physical interaction, weight, and large-scale action.
One of the things I really enjoy about creature animation is the challenge of communicating scale. Slowing a creature down isn’t enough — timing, acceleration, momentum, balance, interaction with the environment, and even the relationship to the camera all contribute to whether something actually feels massive.
It was great to see some of that work included in the breakdown.
If anyone here works in animation or VFX, I’d also be happy to discuss the creature animation process and exchange thoughts about working with large-scale performances.

Hey everyone,
Alongside my work in VFX and character animation, I’ve been developing a research framework called Empathic Intelligence — a perspective on how artificial intelligence must evolve beyond computation into moral understanding.
This paper examines several core ideas: • the philosophical foundations of moral AI • how empathy can bridge algorithmic reasoning with human awareness • how Kantian ethics can be translated into a data-driven society • Nietzsche’s concept of responsibility reinterpreted for the digital age • why, for the first time in history, ethics is being rewritten into the language of data itself
If you’re interested in AI ethics, cognitive philosophy, or the future of intelligent systems, you can read the full paper here:

I recently contributed to several full-CG and character animation shots for The Old Guard 2 (Netflix) as a Lead/Senior Animator at Scanline VFX, and I thought some of the behind-the-scenes breakdown might be interesting for the VFX/animation community.
Here are the key shots I handled:
• Opening sequence — full CG vehicles, motorcycles, and driver performance
• Broken-leg sequences (0:25 / 0:39) — deep physicality acting + reaction-driven animation
• Actor-replacement car jump (1:30 / 1:36) — full CG takeover for a high-risk stunt

This project blended subtle physical acting with heavy CG work.
If anyone is curious about workflow, reference, rig setups, or procedural animation techniques,
I’d be happy to share details or answer questions.
