Got this email

Post image

I got this email from Uber saying my rating has been dropped below 4.75 but I have checked it on my app. It still says 4.99. Is it some glitch or something? Did any of you all know about this? What are the possible reasons for getting me this email? Did anyone else got this?

It’s an automated email sent to you in error. Reach out to support before you get deactivated in error.

I reached out to support and then they asked me to send them screenshots of the email and screenshots of my rating and they said that it was sent in mistake

Seriously? I'm not a driver but a rider pretty much every week. I've seen someone with a 4.13 which isn't even that terrible. It's still a 4! What are they doing?

Nope anything under 5 star is a fail. In any business, get an oil change, buy a cell phone, grab some McDonald's workers that don't get 5 star get fired

Do you know how many people purposefully refuse to give 5 stars because "no one is perfect"? If that was the case, every business under 5 stars... which is pretty much all of them... would be closed.

Me saying fired is obviously an over exaggeration. Retail jobs get paid on 5 star reviews anything under 5 stars you "lose" money. But it's not fun to say it that way.

I’ve heard someone say that very thing. Sometimes it’s also ego, I am not perfect so they cant be either.

Who else is dealing with a change Uber made, demanding we leave an extra payment in our bank? They freeze your account, release the funds the day before the payment is due, and then takes it. The only way around it is using a credit card. Not happening to everyone, no warning, just bouncing auto payments for other bills. No access to cash for gas...unless you get the Uber pro card. Then they charge a fee that varies.
