From what I saw on the IS portal there are some folks who have not executed fleet up orders and it’s holding things up. I really hope that is what fucked this up.

I would be surprised if there weren’t revised cuts. Ain’t no way they aren’t advancing anyone in the whole rate next year except for one guy.

Initial cuts are 75% of projected, so you’re making it, it’s just not on paper yet. Get that uniform ready!

I'm fully preparing to advance, waiting for the shopping list to come out and create my eresume since revised cuts come out right before they are due. But it wouldn't be the first time in my career that cuts stay this low so also prepared for that.

When I was high on the list for 2nd years and years ago (ironaclly at #14) the initial cut was 0, revised cut was 0. The final revision made it all the way to 22 thankfully.

I remember the days of 0 cut MST lists. It seems like my whole career has been waiting for “the wave” that has never happened in 18 years. Little ripples, but I’m still waiting for the big one

They have been trying to slow it down for the past couple years. Even so, our rate still advances wildly fast compared to most other rates.
