Without seeing what you're actually working on, hard to say much - but usually the fix is testing with real users instead of guessing what they want. What's the specific pain point you're running into?

Honestly, the best thing you can do is watch actual users interact with it - nothing beats seeing where people get confused or frustrated in real time. Wireframes and prototypes are cool, but user testing beats gut feelings every single time.

depends on what you're actually struggling with - are we talking flow, onboarding, or just general navigation feeling clunky? throwing everything at the wall doesn't usually help, so specifics would make it easier to spot what's breaking the experience.

What's the actual problem you're running into? "Improve UX" is pretty broad - could be anything from navigation to load times to just confusing layouts.

You're not giving us much to work with here. How can we help you improve the user experience when you haven't said what the goal/purpose of the app is, who the users are, what their main goals are in using the app, whether this is paid or free, where they are when they're using it, etc. etc.
