Tests all saying no longer available

Hi all, I'm new to usertesting.com and needed this due to some financial difficulty I'm going through. So when I found this site, it was a good way to help me make some cash. The problem is, all of a sudden every time I go to the website, click surveys and tests, and see the lists of 10 test, I click on any of them and they all say "Sorry not available anymore". So I refresh the page, same thing - as if it's the same tests maybe? I refresh log out, log back in. Try through my phone iOS app and all the same.

Anyone else going through this? Any advice on how to get past this? I did 60 surveys and was happy about being able to at least bring in some money to my fam. Now this is happening and has been for the past 3 days.

Tests go quick, but don't seem to be removed from the dashboard. Very common for me as well. Refresh the homepage, and decline all the tests on the dashboard that were unavailable to help remove them completely so you don't keep trying to take the same unavailable tests.

This helped, I declined all of the ones on the page and then refreshed. I was able to get at least a few real ones to show up when I did that.

Yep, seems v common. I've been signed up 2w, prob had 40 emails. I can't always get to them till a few hrs later. Even if I do, usually they are gone. I've done just 2 surveys/testings so far.

I encountered that issue in the first few weeks of July. I reported it to support and at first, got the response that tests go fast, etc. However, since I have been doing this for 13 years that seemed a bit off. Also. happened when trying to schedule Live Conversations. I sent a detailed explantion with screen shots illustrating what exactly was occurring to support. After a week to 10 days, it was discovered that some previous test was stuck and causing the problem. Let support know what you are dealing with; they will check it out. Good luck

I think perseverance pays with user testing. Keep on checking your dashboard, you will get those test working soon.
