Do I email one of the academic advisors? I can't see a form that is applicable to my situation

Yeah I would say email. I think it specifies who your academic advisor is for first years based on your last name.

I’m also missing two courses. But I counted my timetable there are 7 courses in semester 1, which should be correct. So I assume the two “missing” ones should be for semester 2?

You can see your semester 2 schedule now. You're able to see all the classes you're enrolled in for the whole year in the "By Class" section
