Just finished far cry 4 and I had no reason to ever use anything other than a marksman rifle for easy headshots and the bow for explosive/fire arrows.

I’m certain you could 100% that game with just the bow and it wouldn’t even be much of a challenge run.

That being said I absolutely love the game for everything else

Far Cry 6, especially, with its stupid fucking ammo types. Oh, you're using AP ammo, so now headshots don't kill unless they're wearing a helmet! Oh, you're using soft target ammo, even with a .50 your headshots now don't kill since the enemy has a flimsy little metal helmet on!

You see, AP rounds pass their brains too fast for them to realise that they've been hit.
