Discussion / Question Was I misled with buying this game disk?
First photo is on the website the photo with the green case is what I got . The product picture looks almost new it’s like very vibrant . Compared to how I got it , it’s looks faded and has some weird cloudy stuff in the middle . They said they use a professional disk cleaner and that it would come off with a wet towel. It did not. Unfortunately right now I don’t have an Xbox to see if it works. I’m kinda stuck because if it worked fine i wouldn’t care about the appearance

The second photo looks like it is sun bleached. If it was in the jewel case on display, that's why.

I bought something from a 3rd party reseller that apparently used another 3rd party resellers stock photo cause what I ended up getting was a repackaged Pal version of the NA version brand new I ordered, I flagged that reseller and never bought from them again found the real seller on the site with their real picture

While it's not a huge deal, it's just sun fading... You don't offer a stock photo that varies so wildly from the product you are selling without adding some disclaimer like "Product may vary" or something like that. I wouldn't be pissed off, but I'd be annoyed for sure, even if it doesn't affect playability, it wasn't what I expected.

First photo is clearly just a stock photo on their website, as long as they said it was used and not new then you weren’t really mislead.
I’m curious why you bought a game you can’t play.
