Funny Dlss 5 be like

I have seen how dlss 5 looks like and even on comperesons on games like elden ring first thing came to my mind was that one minecraft texture pack with ultra realistic faces on mobs and such. It just looks bad man. And it aperantly makes the game run bad too ?

This sucks because DLSS without this extra nonsense is a really amazing use of the technology.

I really hope this doesn’t mean that the frame rate cuts are baked in to DLSS now, that we can keep using 4/4.5, or that those aren’t going to get phased out, at least too soon, or that the AI filter and resulting frames lost is toggleable…something!

Its initial sole purpose is gone if that’s not the case. Nice while it lasted…

I mean yeah but also no . It kinda looks more graphicly enhanced but feels wierd. Best way I can describe is the image I put above.

There are devs who defend this, so you can either boycott DLSS 5 games or just stop complaining.

Lol . İt took me some time to find this picture . I typed many things like ultra realistic sheep head and such then I saw a texture pack called ravald's texture pack and realized that was the thing I was looking for. I searched again and found the image I want. Not the sheep but its close enough
