You could boot the live ISO and fix it from there.

My keyboard doesn't work at boot or in GRUB, it only turns on when SDDM loads. So I can't use TTY. How can I fix this using a Live USB?

You dont have any USB keyboard?

You need to have a way to boot some live distro to fix this specific issue, because your circumstance is quite weird.

  • no SSH
  • keyboard not working on boot

you need to have liveiso beforehand. if you doesnt have, make one on different pc. then after booting it up, fix your sddm config or i think some gpu and initramfs stuff. maybe include nouveau driver inside initramfs? i assume this isn't hybrid graphics system, so you dont have second intel gpu. maybe check if kms is loaded proberly. and if it should be loaded, i think it should but you need to be sure.

No, SSH wasn't set up, so I can't use it.
