With Halloween upon us and falling on a Saturday, Im planning an event in my area. There are no active VtM groups in my area, nor do I know of any other VtM players etc.

My question is would it be in bad taste to call myself the Prince of the City for my event?

This idea has been bouncing around in my head for a few days, and so I am sharing it to exercise it from my skull.

Imagine a health app; something that helps you keep fit, stay hydrated, etc, with the goal of improving your suitability as a blood donor. The app is coupled with donation centers and will help schedule your donations. Depending on how much you give and your various blood counts are, the app will give you rewards or points for each donation.

But, to be really tongue-in-cheek, it's vampire themed. The app's own aesthetics are cutesy bats and cobwebs, and the narrative is that vampires are hungry so they need you do donate blood regularly. Within the World of Darkness it's a complete lampshade - hiding in plain sight.

The app is, of course, super-invasive and steals your data, but not necessarily to sell - whoever made it is using it to build a database of blood quality. Vampires access their own version of the app to locate quality blood supplies near them, bagged or fresh.

This is a deep cut, but I’m bored so… what Vampires do you think the Sackville-Bagg family from “The Little Vampire” would be? Would they all be the same? Or would they be different Kindered?

This is my hunter father Pietro, I created him bc a friend who had been running a years long campaign invited me to be a guest villain for their coterie. I made my evil priest, everything went fine until the coterie absolutely demolished my heavily armed squad that tried to kill them using incendiary bombs. He was BEATEN unconscious and kidnapped by the vamps, he’s either going to be turned into a ghoul or kindred it is going to be so weird

They are the most tech savvy of kindreds which they must probably spend time a lot on the Internet and are most likely to use the term Chuds. But then I realize that the majority of Nosferatu literally are C.H.U.D. in its original first meaning. Cannibalistic humanoid underground dweller. They even look like them.

I would love to see VTM: Dark Ages! I think they did great with the graphics back when they made the Game Of Thrones game, so I think they would make an awesome story out of VTM!
I also would like to see them expand on what happened in Carthage! I'd love for a Brujah main character!

I'm wanting to make my first kindred a gangrul. I need to know would it be too out of the ordinary for the one who sired me to not abandon me and instead they made me fight other new born vampires to the death to insure they would have the strongest of the bunch?

I'm about to start playing in my first VtM campaign and after playing whimsy DND characters only for six years, I'm ready to fully delve into my religious trauma. I have a concept for a Salubri character who was a Christian when she was alive/is a Christian in her undeath. I sort of want her to switch obsessions from getting into heaven to achieving Golconda, and of course Saulot would be sort of a proxy Jesus in that scenario. There's no Salubri clan novel I could find, so I was wondering if any of you can recommend me lore and sourcebooks that contain a lot of Saulot's history. Thanks so much!:)

Edit: I'm also interested in the rule of seven and if there's any information on the group of salubri that currently has it implemented!

The cannibal mother and prodigal daughter; the deviant and dilettante; Meris Bellerose and Felicity Quraishi. On Malkav's stage, they're better known now as Persephone and Melinoë.

New, beautiful art of my PC and literary protagonist/antagonist Persephone, and her daughter/childe/lover deuteragonist Felicity. Persephone is a Malkavian and devout of Lilith, neurotic, cunning and cursed with unnaturally severe OCD. Felicity/Melinoë floats through her youth, irreverent, sharp, and enticed by the allures of the world behind the curtain. The two were separated by Hades, ‘Seph’s sire, when Fel was still an infant - when they met nearly two decades later, Persephone was driven with an obsession to reconnect and bridge the gap between them, while Fel was taken with this fascinating stranger. A regretted chance feeding led them down a long, thorned path… and as of the last couple sessions of our chronicle, Melinoë has joined the Moon for better and worse.

Absolutely delighted with this piece and I cannot recommend Ratz enough for anything VtM, he exactly understood the assignment. If you’re at all interested in reading about these two fucked up ladies, I’ve written much about them in my VtM library in lieu of porting all this stuff to Ao3. Writing the Embrace now, in fact. 🙃

Was inspired by the WOD channel (the Hunter Garage mix mostly) and made a personal mix for the current vampire I'm playing, Rash. It includes some music from Bloodlines and Silent Hill, along with hip hop, nu-metal, and various scores/soundscapes. I also 3D modeled and lit the background myself in Blender! It's not your traditional VTM playlist, but give it a listen!

Picture a Kindred that gets screwed up by their Clan. They feel the Clan has wronged them very badly and they feel betrayed.

So this Kindred stops associating/aiding the members of their own Clan (the old ones, the Neonates and Fledgelings may still have a chance to be better if they're taught correctly) except when it's absolutely necessary/incredibly beneficial.

If this Kindred can, they will start creating a Brood of their own Childer/other kindred of their Clan that they have personally groomed "So they don't rot". The goal is to shape the Clan as they want it to be (at least at a local level).

Do you think this is possible? What Clan do you think could have the most chances of something like this happening? Is there any situation like this on the lore?

Drew a portrait of my former player character turned SPC, Sylvester Bjørnson, Malkavian rockstar. For the portrait, I referenced The Weeknd's Blinding Lights album cover, as I consider that one of his themesongs.

I decided to have him be on the thumbnail, as he is one of the first kindred that the players meet. Despite being in with the Camarilla, he's more indifferent on the faction wars. Which is a good fit, as I wanted players in-game to make a decision on who to align with.

I'm not talking about Blood Bonds. I mean a special bond inherent to the sire and childe relationship, a supernatural connection.

There's this character I'm working on who genuinely cares about her sire, but she chalks it up to "the sire/childe bond" and not genuine affection. The effect I want to achieve is:

CHILDE: I don't care about her! I'm helping her because of this damn sire/childe bond.

COTERIE: Riiiiight...

But while I was working on this character I had this thought that maybe I read about the sire/childe bond being real in a book. I want to know whether it's an actual thing or not.

Flair is v5 because that's the Chronicle. But I'm interested in knowing if this varies across editions.

Maybe it's just me not getting their appeal, but I just fail to see why such a minor bloodline seems so disproportionately popular.
