How bad is this? I’m not very experienced but I noticed this damage on my board recently. What should I do?

Cut off all of the damage, buy 2 part epoxy and fill in the area that you cut off making sure you overlap the undamaged area to keep it waterproof. Then send it

Ride it til it sinks, then get a new one
