Nicolas works for the McCullough Foundation, who I would assume covered the cost of the study. That was started by Peter McCullough, the guy that's been against the COVID vaccines since the beginning and I think is the one that started or at least pushed the Ivermectin idea. So it's either a study published with a biased agenda or it'll be ignored because Peter has already been blacklisted and they'll want to bury it anyway. Either way, it won't make the news cycle.

It was 110 schools for English language proficiency issues. Drivers must be able to read and understand English. They don't have to speak it, but must be able to read it and understand it when its spoken. It matters for road signs, hazmat paperwork, etc.

160 schools for instructors that didn't have an actual CDL, didn't meat qualifications to be an instructor, schools that weren't teaching proper information, or didn't have enough space for a student to practice and learn.
