From my understanding 2 of the women are wearing pink is support of her and the nutcases outside....they need to be removed from the jury and bring in the alternates.

It is true but the judge said there is no reason to assume they are wearing pink to support her, because it could be a coincidence so they will continue.

The court is fairly clear in instances like this. They are there to judge the person in regards to the law, not what they feel or think about the laws.

Intent.. and the ability to have intent is the key in this case. Lawyers make their own definitions of words. Don't be surprised when she's not found guilty of murder 1.. according to jury instruction and testimony I saw (not on the news, the whole trial).. I don't think she'll be found guilty.. and if I were a jury, I don't think I could say she met the requirements in that state either...
