Dispensing

Confided in my teamlead that I cant keep dispensing everyday as its kill my mental and physical health and she literally just compared to another worker who has stated he literally cant pick and then told me everyone has to do it even tho we have the same 8 workers who dispense like every week, also pretty sure them having me dispense everyday is part of them trying to rule over the fact that im currently going to a doctor for stomach issues, they hadn't said anything about my issues after I had to go to ethics and then suddenly started making me dispense in the morning which is usually when my stomach hurts the worst, do i go to ethics again?

Walmart just don't care about us. The whole loa is a joke. This is a crooked company

You should use periods and break up your thoughts into multiple sentences.

Also, your health issues don’t matter to them at all unless you have an accommodation through Sedgwick. Maybe you can get the ball rolling with your doctor on that. Until then, they can put you wherever they want.

Agree with other comment on Sedgwick. Also, Walmart does not have to keep you if your situation can't be reasonably accommodated. If you can't perform the duties of your job, and can't be reasonably accommodated, and Walmart doesn't have a different department you can APPLY to (not a guaranteed transfer), then they can let you go.

This isn't an ethics thing. Walmart isn't required to put you on "light duty" unless Sedgwick decides that. You're basically making trouble for them, and now they're probably pissed. Get with your doctor and Sedgwick and follow procedure.

Not making trouble with them also cant get anything through sedgewick until my gi actually figures out whats wrong with me. Im not asking for light duty just asking for other people to dispense as well so im not doing it every single day

Also it would be different if it was like they swap our dispensers out everyday but they dont they have the same 8 people dispensing morning and evening, not to mention im not a bad picker I average around 500 items and anywhere from 100-160% which still has me above other people even though I have to use the bathroom for longer periods of time

Then your best bet would be to go on a disability with Sedgwick until your GI figures this out. And if it indeed merits light duty. I guess I don't understand what you think your GI doc is going to say that will get them to not require you to do a task you don't want to do, unless you mean you have a hernia that requires surgery and you won't be able to lift anything over, say, 10 pounds for 6 weeks.

You get what you're saying, right? You don't want to dispense because it's heavy and it bums you out. I don't think any medical provider is going to write you ADA or FMLA for that.
